Join us on Saturday, October 18 at 11:00 am on the stage behind the Thomaston Municipal Building (13 Valley Street) for a joyful celebration of music and community.
Watts Hall Community Arts is proud to host Maine’s only World Singing Day event. This is our third year participating. World Singing Day is a global sing-along that takes place in communities around the world on the third Saturday of October. Founded in 2012, this international event invites people of all ages and backgrounds to come together through the simple, uplifting act of singing.
This is not a performance or competition, and no rehearsals are needed. Everyone is welcome, from seasoned musicians to shower singers. Song books will be provided in both print and digital formats. The event will last about an hour, and it is free, family-friendly, and open to the public.
Pre-registration is encouraged but not required. Come raise your voice and be part of a worldwide chorus celebrating connection, joy, and our shared humanity.
