Watts Hall Reopens this April!
After more than six months without live events, we're getting ready to reopen the doors to Watts Hall, and we are coming back strong! If you have been missing the music, the dancing, and the energy of a full room, you're not alone. We've missed it too, and we can't wait for you to join us again in our beautifully renovated space.
We're kicking things off with a lineup built for two things: filling the Hall with music and getting people back on the Midcoast's favorite dance floor!
Friday, April 10th: Watts Hall Band Dance Party
The Watts Hall Band is back, and there is no better way to start things up again! This 12-piece group brings big sound, great vocals, and a mix of rock, blues, and R&B that keeps the dance floor moving all night. Grab your friends, lace up your dancing shoes, and join us for a night that feels like coming home. FMI and tickets: https://wattshallcommunityarts.thundertix.com/events/258716
Saturday, April 18th: Latin Dance Night with Primo Cubano
Primo Cubano brings the rhythms of traditional Cuban Son music to Watts Hall for a night that is lively, joyful, and full of movement. Their music is rich, rhythmic, and easy to fall into whether you are a seasoned dancer or just getting started. It is the kind of night where you show up for the music and stay for the feeling. Friday, April 24th: Paul Benjamin presents: Blues Night ft. Johnny Rawls
For one night only, Johnny Rawls is bringing his signature soul blues sound to Thomaston. With a career spanning more than 50 years, he delivers a show that is smooth, powerful, and full of heart. This is a rare chance to catch a true blues legend right here at Watts Hall. FMI and tickets: https://wattshallcommunityarts.thundertix.com/events/261507
We'll also be sprinkling in a number of free events throughout the month as a way to welcome everyone back and say thank you for your support while we've been closed. More details are coming soon, so keep an eye out!
It's been a long time, and we're so excited to open the doors, crank up the music, and celebrate everything Watts Hall means to this community with you!
